Yes. We offer a warranty on all repairs and parts for as long as you own the vehicle. If an issue arises after your repairs are completed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the concern and make it right.
Yes. We can help arrange a rental vehicle through Enterprise. This can be covered by your insurance or paid out of pocket depending on your policy.
At this time, we do not offer loaner vehicles.
Yes! We can provide transportation within the Albany area when you drop off your vehicle.
Occasionally hidden damage is discovered once repairs begin and parts are removed. If this happens, we will contact you and your insurance company (if applicable) to explain the situation and update the repair estimate.
Yes. In the state of Oregon, you have the right to choose the repair facility for your vehicle. Your insurance company may suggest preferred shops, but the final decision is always yours.
You do not need to worry about this. We will work directly with your insurance company to update the estimate and make sure everything required for proper repairs is included.
Your claim is still open. We will collect the amount your insurance company sent you and work directly with them to address any additional repairs or adjustments to the estimate.
When your vehicle is ready, we will provide you with a packet that includes:
• Your final invoice for your records
• Warranty information for the completed repairs
• Post-repair vehicle wash and care instructions
Any remaining balance will be due at the time of pickup.

Storage fees are primarily applied to insurance companies when a vehicle is declared a total loss and remains on our lot. If you need a few extra days to pick up your vehicle, please let our office staff know, and we will work with you.

At this time, we do not offer financing. Payment is expected in full when repairs are completed.
If your insurance company is covering your rental vehicle, you may leave the rental car at our shop, and we will return it to Enterprise for you.
If you are paying for the rental yourself, please return the vehicle directly to Enterprise.
Sometimes. Insurance companies typically pay what is considered the “going rate” for repairs in our area. This rate is determined by averaging the rates of other repair shops in the region.
