Shawn St. Pierre brings 18 years of experience in the auto body industry to Possum Auto Body. He began his career in auto body repair as a detailer, learning every step of the collision repair process along the way. His dedication to the trade and commitment to quality work have helped him grow into the skilled technician and leader he is today. Shawn studied auto body repair and refinishing at UTI, where he earned certifications in collision repair and paint. He has continued to enhance his skills throughout his career and holds an I-CAR Platinum Certification, an ongoing program that keeps technicians updated with the latest repair standards and technology. Before becoming an owner, Shawn worked with the previous owners of Possum Auto Body and has been part of the company for seven years. On June 1, 2025, Shawn and his longtime friend and colleague Chris Stauble purchased the shop together, continuing the tradition of quality repairs and trusted service in the auto body industry. Shawn’s favorite part of auto body repair is the body work itself—the process of restoring damaged vehicles back to their original condition. He takes pride in craftsmanship and ensuring every repair meets the highest standards. Outside the shop, Shawn is extremely family-oriented and enjoys giving back to the community. He believes in treating customers with honesty and respect and is proud to help people get safely back on the road.

Chris Stauble has spent most of his life immersed in the auto body industry. As the youngest son of Jim and Judi Stauble, the founders of Possum Auto Body, Chris grew up learning the values of hard work, quality repairs, and honest service that helped establish the shop’s reputation in the community. Chris began his career as an auto body technician in 2001 and gained years of hands-on experience in collision repair. Over time, he expanded his role within the shop and developed a deep understanding of both the repair process and the customer experience. After taking over Possum Auto Body, Chris transitioned primarily into the role of estimator, where he collaborates closely with customers and insurance companies to navigate vehicles through the auto body repair process. His technical background enables him to accurately assess damage and ensure repairs are executed correctly. Although estimating is now his main focus, Chris is always ready to assist the technicians in the shop when needed. On June 1, 2025, Chris and longtime friend and colleague Shawn St. Pierre purchased Possum Auto Body together, continuing the family tradition of quality workmanship and trusted service. Chris is dedicated to helping customers through what can often be a stressful situation following an accident. His goal is to leverage his experience and knowledge to make the collision repair process smooth, transparent, and dependable for every customer.
